What's Happening?

So, I haven't blogged in a while and I have several valid reasons behind this.

1. i couldn't think of anything to write about (I think I may have A.D.D.)

2. The kids have been sick with the flu and pneumonia

3. My mother said my blog was not funny and not very interesting (not in those exact words)

4. My dog ate it

I mean I have a million things going on around here all the time, so I'm sure i have plenty of material. However every time I sit down to blog I get distracted. Any-hoo Gabey is turning 4 this Sunday and I have been reflecting on this. I don't have to change diapers, no bottles, no pacifiers. Now at first when I realize this I thought "I miss the little baby smell and cuddling." And then I thought, "Hey, no more diapers and no more bottles SWEET!!" But time really does fly. I can't believe that the "baby" of my family will start pre-school in the fall and dresses himself everyday.
He also made a death threat to my mother, but I'm sure she deserved it. I think he told her that if she "didn't leave him alone he would hunt her down and kill her." (however she was right by him, so short hunting trip). When my mother asked him how he was planning her demise he said " I will have my mommy buy me a real gun." Now I realize this isn't funny, but I wasn't there so while my mom was relaying this to me over the phone I was laughing. I asked her what she said to him and she said " I didn't say anything to him. You hear about kids killing people all the time." My response was "Mom, don't worry, I'll never buy him a real gun."
I sure hope he never says this to any of his teachers at school. I have warned his future pre-school and kindergarten teachers about him, but they don't believe me.

  1. I think your blog is funny and interesting. Your mom had already told me about Gabey make a death threat against her, but I still laughed out loud when I read it. I wonder if there has ever been a preschooler suspended for making a death threat to a teacher. Wouldn't you be so proud for your baby to be the first!?!?! Ha, ha!

My baby starts K in the fall. I can't believe it! I might have to get a job!

  2. I talked to your mom last night. She claims innocence. Now I'm curious as to what R-rated material you would post if I didn't read your blog.
